Basic Cottage Check Package

 

Norm Barry Cottage Check offers a comprehensive basic "cottage watch" service. The cost of our basic service is based on accessibility. Discounted rates are available to cottages associations or groups of 6 cottages or more.



Visits your cottage every 7-14 days and inspects for break and enters, theft, vandalism, storm damage and snow load.



  • Takes appropriate action to protect your property from damage
  • Notifies you immediately with a full assessment if problems occur.
  • Acts on your behalf to notify police and other officials if required.
  • With your authorization, acts on your behalf to hire local tradesman for repairs, snow plowing, etc.
  • Carries out prearranged activities at a documented rate.
  • Can act as local contact for your Alarm System

Hot Tub Maintenance
